Tfilin

Tfilin (Hebrew תפלין‎, one תפלה tfila), phylactery (Greek. φυλακτήρια - “funeral amulets”, one φυλακτήριον) - two black skinned boxes containing parchment from the same texts from the Tory, where there is a commandment imposed Tefillin and the foundations of the Jewish faith. Texts are written soifer (copy of sacred texts) in a special font, using specially prepared ink. The mitzvah (commandment) to put on tefillin stands for people (from the 13 roki). A tefillin on the head and a tefillin on the hand are placed during the hour of the wound prayer “Shacharit”, the beginning of Shabbat and Holy Day.
