At the invitation of the Tsal Kaplun Foundation and the Holocaust Remembrance Association, the Chairman of the Board of the NGO "Odessa Holocaust Research Center" Pavlo Kozlenko visited New York on August 29 - September 4, 2025, where he had the opportunity to present the genocide museum "Territory of Memory" and discuss future joint educational projects. Some of them are already being successfully implemented.
As part of the visit, on behalf of the Odessa Holocaust Research Center, Palo Kozlenko awarded the former prisoner of the death camp in Bohdanivka, a well-known public figure, Mitya Bykov, with the medal named after Professor Yevgeny Shevalov - for his personal contribution to the cause of Holocaust remembrance and support for Ukraine.
