On February 5, 2025, Pavlo Kozlenko, Chairman of the Board of the NGO "Odessa Holocaust Research Center", took part and delivered a welcoming speech at the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs at the solemn ceremony of opening the Memorial Mural dedicated to the graduates and students of higher education of the university - defenders of Ukraine, who gave their lives in the struggle for the independence and territorial integrity of our state. The specified project was implemented by the university staff in partnership with the Odessa Professional Art College named after M.B. Grekov and with the assistance of the trade union organization ODUVS.
