The training was conducted by trainers from the International Humanitarian Law Partnership of Ukraine.

Adviser of the President of the Chervony Chrest Partnership of Ukraine from international humanitarian law Timur Short speech about main categories of international humanitarian rights, basic principles and mental stability of its norms, the relationship between humanity and military necessity, categories of participants and victims of violent conflicts. In connection with the global alarm, the gathering of trainers and participants was continued in a bombshell, where during the hour of dialogue they discussed nutritional consequences for the violation of international humanitarian law and particularities qualifications of military villains. The structure of the International Movement of the Red Cross and the Red Cross, and the role of the Ukrainian Red Cross in expanding knowledge of international humanitarian law were also examined.
