A training on international humanitarian law (IHL) was held at the Genocide Museum "Territory of Memory" on August 26, 2025.
The participants of the training had the opportunity to learn about the main categories of IHL, the basic principles and conditions for the application of its norms, the ratio of humanity and military necessity, the categories of participants and victims of armed conflicts.
