Dr. Pavlo Kozlenko July 30, 2025. visited the Shoah Memorial in Paris, and presented stamps issued by the Odessa Center for Holocaust Studies in collaboration with Ukrposhta, dedicated to the opening of the genocide museum "Territory of Memory" in Odessa and in honor of Rafal Lemkin.

Mr. Pavlo's interlocutor at the museum was Madame Sylvie Seror. They have a lot in common. Her father, like Pavlo's father, were victims of Nazism. Her grandparents were in the ghetto, and she herself has been leading tours of the halls of the Shoah Memorial for many years.

The memorial with its own history was built in January 2005 on the site of a monument to an unknown Jewish martyr. Currently, it houses the Center for Remembrance of the Victims of the Holocaust and All European Jews Who Died During World War II.

The Shoah Memorial is more than a museum. It is a place of emotions, memories and learning, where we realize the importance of memory and passing on experience to future generations.
