One of the organizers of the exhibition "Rwanda: The Genocide the World Was Silent About" Dana Bohdanka-Kapytsia visited the genocide museum "Territory of Memory" on August 23, 2025.
"This exhibition is just a piece of the project that Lydia and I and our colleagues from Rwanda have been working on for over a year. We knocked on many doors, looked for contacts from acquaintances, contacted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Ukraine in Kigali, read and processed a lot, communicated a lot with Rwandans, and also told them a lot about the Crimean Tatars and the deportation of the indigenous peoples of Crimea in 1944 (our project was also about this)."
