13 chernya 2023r. In the office of the Foundation, I worked with Ilya Kaminsky, an American poet, and Oleg Suslov, the head editor of the newspaper "Evening Odessa".
Ilya Kaminsky is the author of the book of poems “Musica Humana” (Chapiteau Press, 2002), "Dancing in Odessa" (Tupelo Press, 2004). For his second book of poetry, he received the Whiting Writers' Award, the American Academy of Arts and Letters Metcalf Award, the Ruth Lilly Fellowship, and the Dorset Prize. In 2005, ForeWord Magazine named the collection “Dancing in Odessa” the book of the year in poetry. His poems are regularly published in US periodicals.
