On February 18, 2025, an outstanding person left us - Marian Tursky. A former prisoner of the Nazi concentration camps Auschwitz and Buchenwald, a Polish historian and journalist.
It was with his address to those present, on May 29, 2024, that we opened the genocide museum "Territory of Memory" in Odessa.
He was going to come to our museum. Bright memory to a courageous and wise person.
"Where does war begin? With indifference, cruelty, lack of reaction, injustice... War begins with a bad attitude towards people who are different from you, war begins with neglect and indifference" - said Mr. Tursky.
