The start of the new project on April 28, 2025 was launched by the NGO "Odessa Holocaust Research Center", the Hillel Community Center and the Odesa National Scientific Library with the support of JDS.
A series of multimedia exhibitions that tell the story of those who survived the Holocaust. These are the stories of witnesses, creators, and leaders of memory.
The first part of the project is dedicated to scientists - people who were able to maintain clarity of thought even in the darkest times, and after the catastrophe - dedicated themselves to creating knowledge that helps us better understand human nature, strength of spirit and the complexity of moral choice.
This event is an attempt to rethink the memory of the Holocaust, to look at it not only as a history of victims, but as a history of post-traumatic creativity. We strive to hear the voices of those who survived and left us invaluable knowledge.
