The documentary book, which is based on the real stories of people who survived the Shoah (Holocaust), as well as those who lived in the current war between Russia and Ukraine, was conceived by the American writer and journalist Chuck Sudetic.
Chak Sudetik having arrived to Odessa first, he also intends to get to know the place and its people - witnesses and participants in the tragic events of the Other World and other wars, count the number of potential heroes of the upcoming book. The horrors and evils of war and the influx of global catastrophes on ordinary people and human nature is a topic that Chuck Sudetik has been dealing with for more than a decade. Thus, from 1990 to 1995, he wrote for The New York Times about the disintegration of Yugoslavia, including the conflict in Slovenia and the wars in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Having followed the transition to communism in other countries of the Contemporary Europe and the crisis of Iraqi Kurdish refugees after the war at the Persian Front in 1991. Having written the book “Blood and Grounds,” a chronicle of the Bosnian family during the upheaval of the twentieth century, which ended with the act of genocide committed at Srebrenica in 1995. Sudetik is also the author of the book “La Caccia”, published in English under the title “Lady Prosecutor”. These are the memoirs of the Swiss lawyer Carly del Ponte, who is known all over the world for successful international criminal investigations and participates in the work of special courts for the investigation of genocides and war crimes (so, in short, She herself was the main accused of the Gaza International Tribunal of the United Nations for the Collapse of Yugoslavia). In addition, Chuck Sudetic's contribution contains sections of books on the history, economy and marriage of the Ugric region, Albania, Romania and Yugoslavia, who wrote for the series of investigations prepared by the Federal Pre-research section of the Library of Congress of the United States. This evidence from the collection of materials, documented and identified military evils may be useful to us - now, if Ukraine resists the evil Russian aggression, respects Pavlo Kozlenko. The American plans to come to the Ukrainian Black Sea town again in the spring.
