GO "Odessa Center for Holocaust Research" and the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs signed a memorandum on the direct training of cadets and students on June 28, 2024. On the signed page there is the present head of the Center Pavlo Kozlenko and the rector of the university Dmytro Shvets.
