Matzah

Matzah (Hebrew: מצה, מַצָּה‎) - among the Jews, unleavened bread (spread) made from wheat beard, which we experience just before the hour of Passover. The only ingredients of the mace are beetroot and water. Matzo can be either straight-cut or round in shape, and is prepared from dough, without the fermentation process, with a smooth preparation and kneading. Matzah is lived out just before the hour of Passover in memory of the biblical episode associated with the exit of the Jews from Egypt. Apparently before the Book of Exodus, when the people of Israel came out of Egypt, there was no time to wait until the dough was ready, so the bread was like that.
